By using our services and/or creating an account on the Website, you are accepting and consenting to the use of cookies and other technologies as described in this Cookies Policy and in our Privacy Policy.
Capitalized terms that are not defined in this Cookies Policy have the meaning given them in our General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter – “Terms and Conditions”).
- INTRODUCTION TO COOKIES
1.1 General information
Cookies are unique identifiers that are transferred to User’s device (such as personal computer, tablet, smart phone) each time he/she visits the Website. Cookies allow the Website to recognize a particular device or browser. Some cookies collect information about browsing and purchasing behaviour when Users access the Website via the same computer or device. This may include information about pages viewed your journey around the Website.
Duo Management uses cookies and other unique identifiers:
to ensure effective operation of the Website and for other technical purposes (e.g. secure online transactions, User identification upon log-in, language settings, etc.);
to deliver content to Users, including web banner advertisements and targeted updates;
to keep track of specified preferences of Users and collect information about User browsing and shopping patterns;
to conduct research and diagnostics to improve the content on the Website.
Only cookies that are necessary for functioning of the Website are automatically installed on User’s device. Duo Management shall ask for your prior authorisation before installing any other type of cookies. 1.2 Different types of cookies on the Website
1.2.1 First-party cookies
Website performance cookies remembers Users’ preferences when browsing the Website (e.g. language, time-zone preferences). Therefore, Users don’t have to reset Website settings each time they visit the Website.
Registration cookies allow Duo Management to know, whether User has an account on the Website. Our servers use such cookies to recognize which account belongs to which User, and to know, if the User can access a particular service. It also allows Duo Management to link posted comments with a specific username. If Users do not select “keep me signed in” functionality on the Website, such cookies are deleted once the browser is closed.
Geotargeting cookies tells us, what country Users are in at the time of browsing the Website. The cookie collects anonymous information, and Duo Management only uses it to help show you relative content (such as Products that are sold close to you) and for advertising.
Anonymous analytics cookies tell us, if Users have visited the Website before. The cookie allows us to keep track of the number of User we have, and to tell, how often they visit the Website. Together with statistical data (e.g. the number of visits) such cookies provide us with User details (such as username, email) in case the User logs in to his/her account.

Advertising cookies allow us to know if and at what time User saw an advertisement on the Website. Such cookies are also used for targeted advertising and can be setup not only by Duo Management but also by our service providers. Targeted advertising enables us to show advertisements that are more relevant to Users. For example, Duo Management will show adverts related to clothing items, if you have recently visited the clothes section of our Website. Advertising cookies store information regarding your interests on the Website, but does not store information about User identity.
Duo Management may also set advertising cookies on third-party websites that we advertise on. This will allow Duo Management to see what other websites Users visited before visiting the Website. In such cases our advertisements may be based on this information.

Please note that third-party advertising cookies are covered by third parties’ privacy policies.

- OTHER IDENTIFIERS ON THE WEBSITE
Duo Management may collect User IP addresses or other unique computer and device identifiers upon User access to the Website. Duo Management may access and use device identifiers that already have been associated with User’s device, may modify such identifiers to create a new identifier or associate a new identifier with the User or User’s device. When device identifiers are associated with User personal information, Duo Management treats device identifiers as User’s personal information.
Duo Management may also use the following technologies on the Website:
Web Beacons are small graphic images (also known as “pixel tags” or “clear GIFs”) that may be included on our Website and tools, that typically work in conjunction with cookies to identify Users and User behaviour. Web beacons or similar technologies may be used for a number of purposes, including to count visitors on the Website, to monitor how Users navigate the Website, to count how many of sent e-mails were actually opened or to count how many links were activated by Users.
Embedded Scripts is a programming code that is designed to collect information about User interactions with the Website (such as the links Users click on). The code is temporarily downloaded onto User’s device from our server or a third-party service provider, and is deleted or deactivated after Users leave the Website.
Other identifiers may be setup on the Website and used by Duo Management or third parties. Duo Management does not have access to or control over such identifiers or other features that third-party sites may use, and the information practices of these third-party websites are not covered by this Cookies Policy.
- GENERAL PROVISIONS
Duo Management may amend the Cookies Policy from time to time. Duo Management shall notify the Users when changes are made by making a revised version available on the Website and shall indicate the date that revisions were last made.
Users understand and agree that their continued access to or use of the Website after any posted modifications to the Privacy Policy indicates an acceptance and agreement to such modification.

Duo Management believes that it is important for the Users to know, how we treat the information about them that we receive in connection with their use of the Website.

All User personal data is collected and processed in accordance with Lithuanian and EU data protection laws.

- COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
1.1 The controller, data processors and the scope of application
Any personal information provided to or gathered by the Website is controlled by UAB “Duo Management”, registered at Sakalu str. 6-40, LT-08124 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania.
This Privacy Policy applies to any Duo Management site where this Privacy Policy appears, and to any Duo Management application, service, or tool where this Privacy Policy is referenced, regardless of how the Users access or use them, including through mobile devices.
The Privacy Policy does not apply in cases where personal information is collected by third parties that may interact with our Website, and does not apply to personal information collected at any other website or offline by Duo Management (unless specifically stated otherwise).
Duo Management may engage third parties for processing of personal data of the Users and transfer their data to other legal entities, as further described in this Policy.

1.2 Information collected
Duo Management collects and processes the following information:
• User’s first and last name, year of birth and gender;
• contact details: full postal address including billing and delivery addresses, mobile telephone numbers and e-mail address;

• history of purchases, orders, transactions and Product listings;
• User IP address, also connection data and location data when the User authorizes it;
• User login information and passwords;
• payment card or bank details;
• correspondence and communications with Duo Management, history of claims and incidents;
• other publicly available personal data shared by the User on the Website.
This list is not exhaustive and, in specific instances, Duo Management may need to collect additional data for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Some of the above personal data is collected directly, for example, when Users set up an account on the Website or contact our customer support service. Other personal data is collected indirectly, for example, Users’ connection data or traffic data. We may also collect personal data from third parties who have your consent or authorization to pass your details to us, or from publicly available sources.
The Website and Duo Management services in general are not intended for persons under the age of 18. Duo Management does not knowingly collect personal information from users, who are under the age of 18.
All Users are informed which information must be provided to Duo Management for it to be able to provide services (usually there is a star near the field upon the provision of data). Other information is optional and may be provided on voluntary basis to increase the quality of our services.
Duo Management will not retain User data for longer than necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Data shall be stored until:
• the User stops using our services and deactivates his/her account; or
• 2 years after the last activity on User account; or
• data is no longer necessary and relevant for our operations.
1.3 The legal basis for processing data

• the pursuit of our legitimate interests (e.g. supplying Products to Users, managing the Website, exercising other duties of Duo Management in the capacity of the agent, etc.);

User’s consent as a legal basis for processing is used in relation to direct marketing or third-party access to his/her information. The main purpose of processing User data is to offer Users an optimal, efficient and personalized experience on the Website. Duo Management uses your personal data:

- DATA COLLECTION AND USE BY THIRD PARTIES
2.1 Sharing data with third parties
Personal information collected on the Website is intended for Duo Management’s use as described in Section 1.4 of this Privacy Policy.
To make certain services available to you, Duo Management may need to share your personal data with some of our service partners. These include IT, delivery and marketing service providers, couriers, etc. However, it should be noted that mentioned service providers can only use your data to provide services to Duo Management and to you, and for no other purposes.
Aside from our service providers, Duo Management will not disclose your personal data to any third party, except as set out below. Duo Management will not share, sell or rent User data to other organisations for marketing purposes, unless you have given your prior consent for that.
